What's better on a cold day than a fresh baked biscuit with delicious cultured butter? Nothing!
Come and learn the lost art of butter churning, and the basics of fermentation all rolled into a delicious and interactive experience! Learn how to culture delicious fresh cream and churn it into butter that has unbelievable flavor! You may be familiar with our delicious sourdough biscuits. We be sampling them along with the delicious jams we sell in the farm shop, and sipping on hot tea and hot cider! All attendees will leave with their own wrapped butter block, a container cultured buttermilk, and recipes to try at home.
