1. Watch the advertisement on social media and provide your contact information. It's free to enter!
2. Watch your email, texts, and social media messages for a notification that you've won! Be sure to add the email address beginning with "headlongfarm" and ending with the domain "gmail.com" to your Safe Senders or similar list so that our communications reach you.
3. That's it! If you receive the confirmation that you've won, we will provide more information about how to redeem your class tickets.

Headlong Farm Class Ticket Package Sweepstakes 

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  PAYMENTS OR PURCHASES OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes participation begins on October 8th, 2024 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on March 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the "Entry Period"). The CT shown on https://www.time.gov/ will be used as the official time-keeping authority for the purpose of this sweepstakes.  

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is only open to natural, human persons who are legal residents of the state of Texas, USA, who are at least 18 years of age and older on the date of entry, and who consent to being contacted by Headlong Farm LLC ("Sponsor" or "Headlong Farm"). Employees of Sponsor and their respective parent subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, providers, brands, technology providers, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, contractors (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate family members (i.e., parents, siblings, and children and their spouses) and/or those living in the same household (as determined by USPS mailing address) of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate, nullify, or otherwise remove any such ineligible entries without notice to entrants. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, and any other regulations. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
   
   Limit: Entries to the Sweepstakes are limited to one (1) entry per eligible natural person. The use of any automated system or submission of multiple sets of contact information to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute or doubt as to any Sweepstakes entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant, player, or entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder at the sole discretion of Sponsor, and failure to provide reasonable proof of same may be grounds for immediate invalidation of an entry.

 

3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: Sponsor will randomly select each potential Sweepstakes winner in Elgin, Texas, using the technology of https://random.org or a similar suitable cryptographically-strong pseudorandom number generator (CSPRNG) from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 
   
   The Entry Period is divided into five (5) Monthly Entry Periods corresponding to calendar months. Each Monthly Entry Period begins on the first (1st ) day of the calendar month at 12:00:01 a.m. CT and ends on the last day of that month at 11:59:59 p.m. CT. Drawings for each Monthly Entry Period will occur on or around the first (1st) day following the end of that Monthly Entry Period. The drawing for the Grand Prize entry period will occur the same day as the drawing for the final Monthly Entry Period, but will be a separate drawing in which no prior winner of a Monthly Prize will be eligible. 

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Persons selected during Sweepstakes Drawing are first considered potential winners. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is fully contingent upon fulfilling all requirements, and any failure to fulfill these requirements will result in forfeiture of winnings. The potential Sweepstakes winners will first be notified by email, followed by phone call and/or social media message within three (3) days, and/or other contact methods deemed necessary by Sponsor. Each potential Monthly Prize and the Grand Prize winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited), which must be received by Sponsor within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and/or Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), or if communications related to prize are  undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits all rights and claims to any prize in Sweepstakes. In the event that a potential Monthly Prize or Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner randomly drawn in the manner described in Sweepstakes Drawing. No more than three (3) alternate drawings will be conducted for Monthly Prizes; in the event that no eligible winner is confirmed after such attempts, the prize will not be awarded to any entrants.

5. MONTHLY PRIZES: ONE (1) PRIZE PER MONTHLY DRAWING (TOTAL OF 5 PRIZES): Each Monthly Prize winner will receive a discount code or certificate that is redeemable for half off of any one (1) class ticket fee or event entry fee for a class or event offered by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $15. Odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor during the relevant Monthly Entry Period. Sponsor does not guarantee future availability of tickets to any particular class or event which has been offered in the past. A winner of a Monthly Prize is ineligible for further drawings for prizes, including the Grand Prize.
   
   GRAND PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will receive a package of one (1) year’s worth of class tickets (assuming two classes per month) awarded in the form of twenty-six (26) Headlong Farm gift cards or certificates redeemable for the same number of fully-discounted class tickets or public event admissions which are normally purchased on the Sponsor website. ARV: $780. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Entry Period.
   
   ALL PRIZES: No cash equivalent and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners may only win one (1) prize and, once drawn, a winner is ineligible for the remaining drawings in Sweepstakes. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. At its option, Sponsor may issue documentation of any prize value to the Internal Revenue Service or other appropriate tax authorities.

6. GENERAL: Entrants on their behalf, and or behalf of their respective heirs, executors, legal representatives, administrators, successors, and assigns agree to completely release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, and those working on their behalf, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non‑asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to any Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of principles of conflicts of laws that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Any action or litigation concerning this Agreement shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Texas, and by entering, each Entrant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each Entrant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Texas. ANY CLAIMS JUDGEMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT‑OF‑POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEYS' FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein, due to events, including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared of undeclared) or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order any court or other causes not within Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it without private notice to entrants. If any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any winner or Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Entry materials, or (ii) the failure of any third party to comply with the instructions and proper administration of this Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: permanently disqualify any individual from any sweepstakes it sponsors whom it believes has intentionally violated the Official Rules; or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event that any term or provision of these Official Rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that term or provision shall be stricken, and the remainder enforced in a manner consistent with the objectively expressed intent of the Official Rules. 

7. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration (hereafter, “Promotion”). Sponsor agrees not to use any likeness in conjunction with generative artificial intelligence to create generated likenesses of winners.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human or machine intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes or Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes or Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

9. 9. ENDORSEMENT: Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., The Borrego Brothers, their subsidiaries, assigns, or any other parties besides Sponsor. 

10. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

11. WINNER LIST: Winner List requests will only be accepted after the Sweepstakes end date (listed above) and no later than June 30th, 2025.
