Our newest sourdough loaf is a soft, delicious crowd-pleaser. More "sliceable" and "sandwich-friendly" than our classic Country Sourdough Loaf, the Sandwich Sourdough Loaf has a soft crust, uniform crumb, and a slight sweetness that makes it suitable for all kinds of sweet or savory situations. Even people who "don't like sourdough" find that this one really hits the spot!
We only use organic, unbleached wheat flours in this loaf, and most of them come from Barton Springs Mill. Flour mixes may vary depending availability, so please reach out if you have questions!
