The Sourdough Mini Baguette is made of a mixed yeast/sourdough bread baked into cute little 8"-long baguette loaves. We sell them in pairs so you can easily share (or not). They make a great platform for small sandwiches or crostini for your charcuterie board.
We only use organic, unbleached wheat flours in this loaf, and most of them come from Barton Springs Mill. Flour mixes may vary depending availability, so please reach out if you have questions!
