Rosemary Focaccia

Our Rosemary Focaccia is a little taste of the old country. Fluffy, light, and full of bubbly pockets, this Italian-style bread is perfect with soups, oil dips, or even as the backbone of your caprese sandwich.

We only use organic, unbleached wheat flours in the focaccia, and most of them come from Barton Springs Mill. Flour mixes may vary depending availability, so please reach out if you have questions!
