Have you, your friends, or family wanted to get into sourdough baking, but found that it's too expensive or inconvenient to drive all the way out to a bakery to learn? Well, grab your best buds for a party and let us come to you!

Our private, three-hour, in-home sourdough basics group class is like a souped-up, in-depth, and even more hands-on version of our on-farm class. With your group of up to 10, 15, or 20 guests, we will:
  • Pre-visit your kitchen and map out the event to ensure a smooth session
  • Bake a few test loaves in your oven with you right before the guests arrive to calibrate your oven and get the warm bread vibes going in your house
  • Provide tools and material including starter, dough, and autolyse at various stages of development so your guests can see every stage of the dough's life
  • Give personal, hands-on instruction and supervision to each guest
  • Bring sourdough-based snacks for your guests to explore the amazing flavor depth and flexibility of this wonderful fermentation technique!
We'll not only show you how to care for your starter, but also tips and tricks for how we make our (locally) famous sourdough, as well as some different tools and methods to make consistent loaves, simply, in your home kitchen. And don't forget the samples of sourdough snacks!

All attendees will leave with a freshly baked loaf, their own sourdough starter, and some of our tested recipes to try at home. We will also have some exclusive, event-only deals on sourdough baking tool kits and flour available.

**Please email us to pick a date before purchasing.**
Note that the ticket cost for this class is paid per group of attendees. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due in order to lock in your desired date, and the remaining 75% of the class fee is due one week before your event in order to ensure we have time to purchase supplies and mix up dough samples.
