Perfect for burgers, meatballs, kebabs, tacos, (or anything, really), ground goat is a very flexible option that's comparable in flavor and texture to ground beef. We've done killer grilling for friends and family with our ground goat to rave reviews.
The ground goat comes in a 1-pound vacuum pack and is ready for your freezer. Unfortunately, we can't ship meat yet, but we can reserve it for pickup at our farm up to a week in advance OR deliver for free within the 78621 ZIP code.

In terms of flavor, ground goat is the closest to beef. It has almost no detectable gaminess, and with a slightly lower fat content than comparable types of ground beef, it might be most closely compared to ground bison in overall flavor.
