Caramel Corn Cookies

Perfect for late summer and early fall, this cookie squeezes the toasty coziness of an overflowing bag kettle corn into a small, delicious, soft cookie. 

What makes this cookie special is that it's made with locally-milled Barton Springs Mill yellow corn flour and local goat milk cajeta caramel. Chopped pecans are sprinkled in to make this an exceptional Texas cookie! There's even a sprinkle of flaky salt on top.
